At H2O we try to tread lightly on the environment. The villa is designed to capture the island winds at the front of the villa through a screened opening that extends over 70 feet with the cool breezes exiting out the atrium.
Like most of the houses in the Caribbean H2O collects its own water. With a 20,000 gallon cistern and over 3000 sf of roof capture all of H2O’s water needs are meet.
For H2O’s electrical needs solar and battery means that most days all the electricity is sustainably produces. This also keeps the light on during St Thomas’s frequent power outages. Should you wish to spend the day baking and doing laundry we are also connected the grid so you will always have power to meet your needs.
