H2O Eco Villa

Located on Water Island just of the island of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, you will have a unique Caribbean experience.

H2O Eco Villa is a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else in the Virgin Islands. The Villa sits on one acre of Water Island, a 500 acre island located in Crown Bay of St. Thomas. Twenty one windows spanning over 70 feet provide a panoramic view overlooking East Gregory Channel with stunning views of the Caribbean, Hassel Island and Charlotte Amalie.

The villa is an impressive piece of Caribbean architecture. Designed by the Caribbean artist and architect Sacha “Tebó” Thébaud. He blends an island aesthetic with mid century modern design. The main living area is over 3500 sf of open space with an 800 sf tropical garden in its heart. The garden is an open atrium that is screened to keep bugs out but let the rain in. The pictures can not convey the expansiveness of the space.

Relax in two bedroom suites each with their own bathroom and walk-in closets. The master suite has an arched window that opens to the tropical garden. There is a queen-sized Murphy bed downstairs right next to another half bath. We can’t wait to help you make your island dreams come true, just as we made our own!
